Vancouver Canucks 4 Comments

Went out and cheered on the Vancouver Canucks last night at GM Place. It is essentially impossible to get tickets to any of the games, but somehow I stumbled on a pair while browsing ticketmaster.ca.

Game was alright, wasn't the best, but the Canucks came out on top against St. Louis, 3-2 after a shutout.

Hard to get tickets? How early were you there to get there to see all of those empty seats? Canadians and their hockey.....

I was about 45 minutes - didn't plan it that way though. The game was sold out. I couldn't believe how many people showed up 5 minutes after the game started. Damn rich people. The Canucks sell something like 17,000 of the 19,500 seats in Season Tickets and Ice Pak's I've heard...

In addition - that 17,000 is CAPPED, they have a wait list for the season tickets!
